We’re aware that you have choices when it comes to buying your next instrument or PA system.

We want to make 100% sure that you’re happy with your purchase and one of the ways we do this is to offer you a 30 day low price guarantee. If you find a lower advertised price on a product you are purchasing from ProSound Music we will match the price or refund 100% of the difference – even up to 30 days after your purchase.

We spend an enormous amount of time scouring the web to make sure our prices are the best but in the rare occasion that we miss one, we will gladly match our competitors pricing – guaranteed. If you’ve found a lower price on an item you would like to purchase, simply send an email to us at lowprice@prosoundmusic.com. We ask that you provide a link to the lower price so we can verify. Once confirmed, we will send you a promo code you can enter during checkout.  It’s that simple!

The proverbial fine print – Competitors’ product must match ProSound product. All options must be the same, such as color, case, pickups, etc. “Special” items, such as demo models, factory repacks, discontinued items, scratch and dent items etc may not qualify for price match unless we offer a like item. We cannot match dealers who are not authorized by the manufacturer to sell that product. Price matches are for new items only.
